Toyota Ireland is set to showcase the new Toyota Hilux at the National Ploughing Championships from the 15th to 17th September in Screggan, Tullamore, Co. Offlay, one of the biggest events in Ireland’s agricultural calendar. Taking centre stage on the Toyota Ireland stand, the new Toyota Hilux priced from €44,234 excluding VAT, showcases Toyota Ireland’s commitment to rural and agricultural sectors.
Combining the capability, durability, and reliability synonymous with the Hilux name, the new model boasts a 2.8L diesel mild-hybrid powertrain, refreshed styling and enhanced technology to meet the demands of working life. It’s tougher, more contemporary styling includes a redesigned honeycomb grille with a prominent Toyota name plate, alongside two new metallic colours.
The new Hilux also features Electric Power Steering (EPS), while SR5 and Invincible grades add a 12.3-inch fully customisable digital display, wireless mobile phone charger, heated steering wheel and Full Range Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Hold. The Invincible grade further enhances the offering with a Multi-Terrain Monitor (MTM) for greater visibility when tackling challenging terrain, as well as a JBL Premium Sound System.
